Secretary - St. Francis of Assisi/St. Hyacinth's, Auburn - seeking applicants for this full time position to support the Pastoral Administrator, his staff and the parishioners in this community. Duties will include answering the door and telephone in a welcoming and supportive manner, maintaining the filing, prepares mass cards and other sacramental record requests, monitors the daily mail to staff and outgoing mail in an efficient and timely fashion, assists the business manager in the day to day operation of the parish community through dialog, assisting those that come to the parish office, participating in the outreach and welcoming ministry of the parish, and other duties as assigned by the Pastoral Administrator and/or the Business Manager. Must have excellent computer and people skills, ability to maintain confidentiality and maintain a positive attitude.

Director of Liturgy for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Rochester, NY – assist the Bishop to work with clergy and parishes in fostering sound liturgical practice throughout the 12county Diocese. Responsible for overseeing all diocesan liturgies and conducting liturgical formation on diocesan and parish levels. Successful candidate will be a faith-filled person who believes in the values of the Second Vatican Council and have proven leadership, administrative and communication skills. Background should include a Master degree in Liturgical studies or Theology and a minimum of 3-5 years parish experience, diocesan experience desirable.
